Forget-Me-Not flowers are the symbol of dementia. I use them throughout the site to remind me, we cannot forget the person on the journey. They are still in there.

Ever gone to the doctor with your loved one, only for them not to be able to answer questions or find the information they need to give?
Here are some little cards you can print to help at these visits. I use them at the bank, doctors, even the register at the store. These cards just let people know to slow down and be patient.
